onVisibleRange

Says which items the strip is showing, as item indices.

Wire it to the row's own scroll state, for instance from a LazyListState's firstVisibleItemIndex and the size of its layoutInfo.visibleItemsInfo. Nothing is fetched until this is called, and a range reported outside the strip is clamped into it.
