RenderFeature

Additive capability flags.

Ask RenderCapabilities.has for the ones a resolver needs. A resolver that does not recognize a flag never asks for it, so new ones can be added without breaking it.

Tone-mapping between HDR and SDR is available.

YuvSampling

YUV frames can be sampled directly.

ExternalTexture

Decoder output can be sampled directly as an external texture.

MultipassRender

An effect may render in more than one pass.

TextRendering

Text can be rasterized into a frame.
